hey everybody, just curious as to what most people think is better. i'm trying to add some more muscle mass, and i know in order to do so i'm going to have to add some fat also(spefically in the stomach area). is it better to just continue gaining weight and adding mass(without cardio) then trying to get rid of the extra fat later, or to do cardio while addding mass and try to maintain the extra fat. thanks for any help.

if u do it correctly, u can gain mass and no fat at the same time..but it is mighty hard

I would recommend smart supplementing, without you have to plan every meal and be picky about everything you put in your mouth and how much and when you do... Use protein blend supplement... glutamine, essential fatty acids, creatine will help... make sure you are consuming the correct amount of calories and you can do it... also, a thermogenic supplement would help as well... something like ECA Stack...

It may take a bit more time to build the mass... but i think you have time right? unless you are training for something in particular, let your body look good during every step of the improvement... maybe take a look at the supplement boards too...

all of this can be done without any supplements...a good diet, cardio, and weight training regimen is all he needs..for the minimum that is

Yeah don't worry about fat gain while bulking, but don't get to a point where your unhealthy.
