plan is to drop fat.

punching on a punching bag for 45mins

or

a treamill, bike, that ski machine (don't know what its called) for 45mins

which would be more effective.......boxing or one of the machines.

whats ur oppinion:)

You dont punch non stop with a bag, and its heavy on upper body unless you jog around the bag.

Ski machine sounds good if it involves the hands, but I have never really used one seriously other than feeling one out a couple times. I like to walk or ride the bike.

The more of the body you involve though the more calories should be spent, and supposedly should increase blood flow to more areas helping rid of stubborn fat stores.

I've been using the punching bag for 2 days now. I sweat alot and my heart rate is in my fat burn zone for the whole 45mins. Sometimes its higher but never lower. When I get tired I slow down and change up the punches. Has any one got good results from punching on a bag.

Throw in some kicks and you've got an excellent interval cardio program.

If its working for you, I would imagine its fine. I have really no boxing experience so I can't say much about it honestly, I can see it being hard though regardless, boxing does require good cardio skills - jumprope/jogging/punching.

Well i've only been using it for 2 days now. I was just looking to see if anyone else has tried it and had good results form it. I don't see why I wouldn't get good results from it cause either way i'm being active and it does raise your heart rate.
