Hey guys.
I've just completed roughly six weeks training on a cycle of 1-Andro.
For the cycle I changed up some of the exercises I was doing and concentrated my reps in my working sets from a range of 6 down to 4 with my last failure set going for anything up to four.
I have my nutrition and PCT sorted to cover me on the size gains I made (although they were not great), but which is the best way to train if I want to hold on to as much of my newly-gained strength? I know the strength gains won't disappear over night, but I assume they'll diminish to an extent, as they do post-cycle, within the next week or two.
At this point, I've only looking to get my natural system back to its best while maintaining as much size and strength as possible (and to give my old joints a rest, too, if I'm honest), particularly in the run up to the Holidays.
Cheers.
