Which should I take?

I usually take whey protein or muscle milk. But I have been thinking about trying Creatine Monohydrate. Which one would be better to take?
 
I'm trying to gain weight too. I don't get what creatine does though.
 
Creatin is good if you want to gain mass you can see results after 7-10 days, but it's also bad for organisam, because people say that he holds water in your organisam and that's bad. Becouse of that I use only protein shake.
 
Would be fine to use both. Creatine will help with ATP and help you in short bursts.:thumb:
 
Definitely use both, can't go wrong...just do your research with creatine...it retains water in you so you should drink extra to compensate for the water the creatine is using.
 
creatine does not make u retain water it allows ur muscles to synthesize more atpkinase which builds more atp and gives u energy. this is what makes ur muscles look more full, not water. just fyi.

Cam you suggest me some thing from here that is good for losing fat?

You should probably research the role of a substance like creatine in the body before you go ahead and ingest it. But, in a nutshell, it aids in restoring ATP stores.
 
Just stick with a good whey protein. I personally, have never seen the point of putting on water weight with creatine.

stick with the diet and see about getting yourself a heavier-caloric diet. creatine won't do much but add water weight to your frame. stick with low-glycemic carbs, protein (from various sources, steak, chicken, egg whites, tuna, whey), and good fats (almonds)
 
Creatine Monohydrate micronized. Pick any reputable company. I chose Optimum nutrition, because I like all their products. 5 Gm with Whey shake before workout and 5 gm with whey shake after workout. Pound water like crazy. Minimum of a gallon of water a day. I drink 1 1/2- 2 gallons a day.
 
I got Creatine. And on the directions it says.... "Loading Phase" : Take 5grams four times a day for five days. What does it mean by loading phase?

well lets work this out together. in english loading means that something is building up. phase means a segment of time. so if its on a creatine bottle, i would assume that it means to build up the amount creatine in your body during a set period of time, aptly named the loading phase.

in reality it is just a faster way to go through creatine. stick with 5g a day.
