Which sponsors fill their vials?

I don't understand why a Sponsor or any UGL would Dare try to be exact with how much oil is distributed into each vial.. Why not play it safe with at least giving 11mls??

Fucking cheap cock suckers IMO.. good thing Parsifal over fills his vials and writes me sexy notes with each package..Hand written, so its extra personal <3
