Whining and moaning - I think some appreciation is due.

I'm really hoping Naps re-open within the next few days. I have a large order that I need to purchase and unfortunately feel like I will be obliged to go elsewhere on this occasion.

I also feel the few moaners/whiners that are still floating around venting(as much as I appreciate your situation), are holding everything else up and pretty much "spoiling" it for everyone else. If only they were patient and the venting threads were left to PMs only, maybe Naps would have been able to open a little sooner.

I think the problem at this point is the latest promise of "definite 2-3 week delivery" has not worked out. I had no problem waiting the first two months, no problem waiting when they said there were issues and delays, and no problem waiting when they said they fixed it and i would receive it in surely 2-3 weeks. I do have a problem when it doesn't show up still. While I have done very little complaining, it is an issue. If it doesn't show this week, I'll have to write it off and forget I ever placed an order. I don't blame the reps by any means and therefore why I haven't started bitching here. I just feel they are getting the same run around as we are.

Who said packs were "seized"?. I never did, don't think GXR64 did either. There was a shipping SNAFU, it has been fixed and packs will be arriving soon. How long it does take customs to clear stuff is anybodies guess, we don't control that. And everyone else is getting it right? Read other reports from other sponsors, all have had some issues in the past or are having issues at present. Not naming any names, that would be low class, but we are dealing with illegal substances and can't use UPS. You guys all need to calm down.

Read somewhere today that CNN did a segment about international pharmacies and they showed a room with packages stacked to the ceiling in a customs room, i'm going to see if I can find some more information about this which would show that customs is delaying things not just for us but for others too.

as soon as I posted it I thought oh shit need to clarify that it was a room full of mail waiting to clear to show how backed up they are before everyone freaks out,

still looking for a link or something to post on it will keep checking back in case someone beats me to it, would make sense though since several other intl sources are also experiencing delays from what I'm seeing
 
So i will make this my first post on Iron Mag, I am new to the site, but not to the game,or NA*S. I have purchased many orders from them, and believe in them. They have never shown me any reason not to. Emails have always been replied to, and items always have arrived. I have never filed a complaint with them and i will not start now. To all the Reps Keep up the good work, i get worse communication from my family Doctor!

AB - maybe no one here said seized but over the course of the year there has been a high rate of missing packages needing reships. An extremely high rate.


this shit is not just naps only. There are other sources having shipping issues too. And just about every single source that has been in business for a while has gone through similar issues. It's just naps' turn now (well, and a couple others).

True, it does happen eventually to all sources but at this extreme? I can't agree with that. I have been around here quite a while but have only followed naps this year and they have yet to come out of the hole they slid into. First the 'february problem.' then it was 'fixed' but immediately followed by the 'may problem.' then the current one. Packs get seized by anyone sending these items, sure but not at this rate. You can't tell me any other imag sponsor is having this much problem over the past 8 months. We even have a known scammer that Prince just let back and we have a higher chance of receiving packages from him then here...

My previous post was mere constructive criticism. There are obvious improvements that can be made on Naps end just by seeing the delivery success rate compared to other sponsors here, or other sources across the net. Instead of just yelling at customers for being upset that some people have been waiting (from what they say anyways) up to 6 months for packages, I think the appreciation is due to the customers for putting up with that. Yes I understand reps and Naps are getting frustrated having to listen to it day after day, but think about what's going on from their standpoint. This isn't back in the day where a serious wait was expected, there are countless international sources going at it (somehow) differently than Naps and it's working out for them. I've received 4 separate orders from different sponsors here since I placed my Naps order..Some people have been waiting oodles longer than me. I think they are rightfully stressed. I'm not bitching, like i've said i'm writing it off after this week if it does not show. I'm used to it, back in the day this is how it was and you never knew if you were actually getting anything so it's nothing I haven't been through. You cut losses and go on.

This is a tough year so far for the reps and I understand that. Even harder for AB to jump into the mix right when the fire ignited so I give them respect. There is a lot of crap for them to handle and put up with and is most certainly testing their patience. But I remind them to keep that patience, as some of these guys are rightfully upset, even though it is out of your hands.

We do understand and you made some great points. Naps has had issues, but they have always found a way in the end to get packs to the customers. I've said it more then once, no one including me likes to wait. But at a certain point that is what we have to do. GXR and myself are trying to do the best we can, but yes it is stressful. I have one guy who told me that I would give him hour by hour updates on his pack. I really don't think that is an option, but I understand his frustration. The problem with slow packs or packs not showing for months has been fixed, but again at a certain point it is out of Naps hands and in the hands of the postal system. If they don't update tracking info, how can we. But we are remaining positive because I know that packs will hit soon, one of them mine. And then we enjoy the ride and hope this is the last bump in the road for a long time.

Not trying to be a dick or anything man, I understand you are working very hard on this...(I am not necessarily speaking for myself..) but I would honestly be surprised if you have the slightest bit of credibility in the minds of those who post in this forum.
