Who is the smartest man to ever live?

Robert DiMaggio said:
I saw this 20/20 special a few years ago and they wanted to find the smartest living human being in the USA, I don't remember exactly how they went about this, probably test scores, but it ended up being a bar bouncer in some little shit town. No, I am not joking, the guy was a genius and I believe he was a high school drop-out. He spent his free time writing, and the stuff he wrote was beyond the intelligence of the PH D's they had review it.

Conclusion, not only could we not measure the most intelligent person, it would be near impossible to ever locate them because we only know of the famous people like Einstein.
Was it the guy that could remember a series of over 75 different single and double digit numbers after looking at them for only 30 seconds? I saw a 20/20 or 60 minutes or something where they gave a guy a sheet of paper with 75 random sets of single and double digit numbers and he looked at it for 30 seconds, then rewrote the entire series verbatim. It was crazy.

im trying to find the link now but on discovery or history or something like that about a year or 2 ago, i saw this really really interesting piece.

It involved a give and take, the more intelligently blessed you are, the less physical you have going for you.

Look at stephan hawkings for instance. Or the term meat-head . but seriously. Really interesting

stephan hawkings isnt the first "genius" to have an illness that hampered his physical lifestyle

Ah shit, nevermind. I solved for the probability of the coin still in the box.

And the answer is... ?

Explain your answer, or you recieve an F-!
It's asking you about the coin in your hand, you ignore the coin in the box. If you had two coins, one with both sides heads HH and the other one heads and tails HT, and you draw one out and are looking at heads, the probability is 50%. It could be 1,000,000 coins you draw from, as long as there is at least one coin with both sides having heads, the answer will always be 50%.

your right, because the coin showing the head side has already been pulled (past tense) thats what screwed me up!

I solved it like this, my logic was right but I should of read more carefully!

you have 3/4 chance of viewing a head! ~ this was my mistake
the coin has a 1/2 chance of having a head on the other side

3/4 x 1/2 = 3/8
