You're right. They're not interchangeable. They're mutually exclusive. There's never been a 100% commie system or 100% capitalist system that has worked. In a 100% commie system, the govt controls the means of production, land, resources, etc, and the people work for the govt in exchange for guaranteed employment and craddle to grave benefits. Business exist, not to make a profit, but to provide jobs and goods/services that people need. That's definitely not going on here. It's about a 60/40 mixture of capitalism/socialism here, 40 being socialism (at best). It's basically an authoritarian/totalitarian republic. Authoritarianism and communism are not necessarily the same thing.
