


Ok, all I caloried-up tonite, at about 650 calories above maintenance, which I do about every 3rd day or so,
When I weighed myself prior to the load, I weighed in at 157lbs.
After the load, I weighed in at 163lbs!
I know water weight packs on pretty quickly, but how fukin quick is that shit?
I cant stand it, the higher I eat the more water I retain, no matter how clean the diet is.....
Any thought?
