Hey,

I have a couple supermarkets by my house that have cooked whole chicks I am just wondering if anyone thinks they are good at all for dieting/cutting?

I have a strict diet lots of oatmeal, fruit, almonds etc....but I usually eat skinless chicken breasts

Does anyone else get these cooked whole chickens also or know any negative reasons not to? I know they come with the skin on them and not sure what else they have....they have a chipotle chicken which is like my "desert" if I ever have it but anyone know the difference on how worse a chipotle chicken would be to the regular ones or have any comments on those cooked whole chickens on the rotisserie?

Any comments or suggestions is appreciated thanks

I've eaten them before. They taste fine and should be OK for you. Just remove the skin before eating.
