whats the diff? the PB i have has low carbs, low fat, no trans fat.....whats wrong with that?

If you are just dieting? - As long as your calories are kept on target and you are getting your protein and EFA's then it should not do you too much harm. Although... if you are 'dieting' you really shouldn't be 'snacking'... Just eating small meals frequently should do the job... :p

Sure - If you want to get really picky - it is not your best choice of bread (essene bread, sprouted bread or even pumpernickel breads are much better)... And you would probably be best adding some protein to the meal (eg: have some cottage cheese or some tuna at the same time).... And you would want to make sure it was natural peanut butter (natural peanut butter has 1 ingredient - peanuts... The other forms have added icing sugar, salt and vegetable oil)... but it is up to you if you want to be that strict.

If you are truly 'cutting' (in preperation for a competition) then you might want to skip it and reach for a bottle of water and some celery instead. ;)

i'm not competition cutting, just tryoing to lose the lovvies so the 6 pack looks the way its supposed to.

regular pb has trans fat... any amount of trans fat below .5 is rounded down to zero. I also has added sugars that are not necessary. Sure if your only having a tbsp or two a day, its not going to be that much of a difference, but If you use it alot as a fat source, as many of us here do, you should definitely go for the natural stuff.

Natural Pb ingredients are : peanuts, salt.

peanuts(natty pb) is a great source of healthy fats which are needed in most anyones diet... i would never substitute a low carb, low fat, pb... go el naturel

Organic ( natty) PB tastes better and is not loaded with sh-t like most commercial brands.

where is natural pb purchased? never even heard of it......

Should be able to get it at any supermarket...

...or health food store...buy it in bulk, it's a hell of a lot cheaper!

you could even make your own. Search this forum, i think theres a recipe, basically its just like a tbsp or two of peanut oil, peanuts, a little salt if you dont mind salt, and a food processor.
