Is wholegrain bread basically wholewheat bread with some smaller nuts/grains thrown into it, possibly causing numerous allergic reactions?
Wholegrain bread = Whole Wheat with some barley and small seeds/nuts thrown in?
Overall not a big difference if you are eating bread for glucose?
(you can find varieties of whole wheat and wholegrain bread withough HFCS)
Are there any studies which compare "wholegrain" Directly with wholewheat bread (not other variables)?
If there is a difference, what is it? And does it outweight the possible allergic reactions due to the mix of other grains and seeded being added in the mixture of "whole grain bread".......AFAIK wholegrain is a forceful mixture and not a "natural" mix or combination of grains.
