Wife wants to run anavar

Ok my wife has been training for almost a year. she is39 years old mother of 3. 5'1" 140 lbs she started at 167 and is making steady progress. Im not sure about her bf but she is starting to get interested in running an anavar cycle. I would like to know a few things. How long should an anavar cycle be? are there any other recommendations for stacks ive read some about t3 but have now idea what it is. clenbuterol?
her diet has been clean and lean for about 6 months but she is ready for the next step. this will not be for competition mostly for trimming the fat and gaining a little muscle mass.

Before she even thinks about make sure SHE does the research on it. If her diet isn't clean she will gain all her weight back+ some. Var can make her appetite go way up and she will want to eat and eat and eat. Also she needs to have a solid workout routine to help keep the fat down and put on clean mass. T 3 and clen is good to add, I also add a good water pill too. Will this be her first cycle ever?
 
Personally I think she should be spending more time focusing on training. 1 year doesn't even touch "the next step". But aside from that, I want to understand what her expectations are. As HL mentioned, if you're not lean already and you run a cycle, expect to get "thick" - anavar is a steroid and not a fat burner so she'll be gaining muscle mass, but not being lean, she will notice gaining the mass and not necesarily immediately seeing leanness. That is all going to be a function of her diet & training. I'd also like to see some details about her diet & training.

And additionally there are crapload of threads on this forum about anavar - she should be reading these and everything else she can find googling "women, anavar, cycle".
 
^^ The point I"m trying to make is that 'going to the next step' means you've already mastered the consistency and persistence of sticking to a structured diet & training program, and it is producing the results you want. And additionally knowing how to make tweaks as you go. Throwing in steroids adds additional complexity both from your expectations (e.g. it won't 'tone you up and lean you out' if your diet isn't already doing that, as well as the hormonal changes -results AND sides that you (she), as the taker of the steroids, are well researched and will be responsible for both.
 
she started training september 1 2012 on a regular basis. and she is usually in the gym for 90 minutes 5 days a week and is pretty active during her daily routine. And as a family we do eat really clean.
 
I think that a great stack is anavar and clen together. IF her diet is clean then she wont have any problems running this cycle. For clen you do it two weeks on and two weeks off. For the var cycle you can do it for 8 weeks or 12 weeks whichever she prefers. Do you have a good source for the product? I could share a few for you if you would like.

As I said, PLEASE have HER do the research and understand what's going on. Its obviously your (her) choice, but please read the article I referenced. IMO 9 months of training doesn't even touch the beginning of what she can accomplish naturally and I don't like to encourage people to get into the drugs before they really have a solid basis to work from. Just sayin. Don't make it about the drugs. And also as I said - set expectations appropriately -if she is > 15% bodyfat and starts running a cycle, she may find herself more "thick' than immediatley lean because its a steroid and that's what it does.
