Yes it depends on the level of classification, secret, top secret, eyes only, noforn.....
Also you sign non-disclosure
agreements when you enter and upon final debriefing, or if you are in receipt of Top Secret info you sign for it as does your TPI partner which means you promise to take it to the grave or live in Ft. Leavenworth...

why not...he's only the chairman on monetary policy, holds an advanced degree, practiced medicine for decades, and has been a congressman for years.
