Will I ever get big

I am a really small guy, 5'7 and 130lb...very very small boned...ver small build....I was wondering, will I ever get big?? what kinds of results should I expect? How can I get bigger with such a small build? everyone always tells me that I'm too skinny!!

been working out for 2 months...and I KNOW THAT IT TAKES A LONG TIME TO SEE RESULTS...so I'm not gonna stop no matter what...but in reality what kinds of results should I really expect

2 months is nothing.....it takes 4-5 years at least to hit your natural limit, and you have to eat and train smart. Post your workout in detail...and your basic diet.
 
I understand that two months is nothing...All I am asking is is it possible to get big with a very small body frame!?? what should I set my expectations as, "in reality"??

Sunday: Lat's, Bi's, Forearms and Abs
Monday: Back and traps
Wednsday: Legs, Gluts, Abs
Firday: Chest and Tri's, Cardio

I eat breakfast, Protein shake, brunch, lunch, protien shake, dinner, protien snack!

my meals include:
Braeakfast: eggs, weat toast, jelly, peanut butter, milk, cream cheese, potatoes, meat
Protein shake: ~ 50 grams of protein in a shake
brunch, fruits, salad, chicken, rice
lunch, chicken, chicken chicken!!! rice, veggies, turkey, potatoes
dinner: chikcen, chikcen, meat, rice veggies, turkey, etc.
 
2 months is nothing.....it takes 4-5 years at least to hit your natural limit

4 or 5 years!! shit try 10-15 years son, no one and I mean NO ONE is done growing after 4-5 years of training. if thats how a person feels after 4-5 years, its time they hit the lab and retool. sure its all pick and shovel work after 4-5 years, but that doesn't mean your done. Still your point remains valid thou, 2 months is nothing, not even a microcycle
 
It depends on how big you want to get? Like Foreman Rules said, it'll take some serious time and dedication, but if you haven't really lifted before the last two months, you should notice good changes after 6 months. Maybe not so much in size, but you'll notice in strength.

Hi fella!

Dont be disheartened....put you mind to anything in life and you will achieve it! 2 months is still early...infact in a bodybuilding time span you havent even started yet!! It will take at the earliest 6 months for you to see any difference at all....After 6 months of training,I had added half a stone of muscle...to motivate yourself take pics of yourself after every 2 months to see the gains....Good luck!
