Hi all, Im a newbie to this board and need some honest advice. I have started a 16 week fat loss diet, high protein , low carbs , lots of greens. Anyway im struggling with a cutting stack. I have about 240 tabs of winny, plenty of t-3 and clen, Ive read about stacking Deca or etc... with t-3 do to muscle loss, but this is all i have to work with for now. Should i take all of it together? or start with the winny for a few weeks and than introduce the t-3 and clen together later on . I am currently on my 3rd week of my diet. 6'1 280 lbs 27% body fat. (Any tips would be greatly appreciated)
