Hey guys, glad I found this forum! Basically I need some advice from individuals who have experience with Winstrol. I would be lying if I said I wasn't nervous about taking it, and that's why I would like someone to help me out in this regard. First off, I have to say that I am NOT a bodybuilding, but do another sport which is track (recreational competitor). I know that Ben Johnson used this and it helped him, but one thing that I read was that it increases strength while not gaining mass. Is this true? What is the best type? injectable or pill? And, is Napsgear the best place to get it?? Thanks all....talk soon, PM me if you have other questions.

winstrol is good only if you are already low in BF % like 9-11%
you need 50mg a day for 6-8 weeks

yeah I have 7 percent atm. I am a track athlete, and have heard positive things about winstrol in regards to sprinting. I know Mudge has had alot to say, browsing through other posts. This wouldn't be something that I would be taking for multiple years. 3 at best and then again i'd go like 4 weeks on 3 weeks off with a low dosage of around 20-30mg daily of the tablets. Does this seem outrageously dumb to anyone? Keep in mind I am a sprinter looking for strength gains without the added super extra bulk. The strength to weight ratio is vital in regards to sprinting. Any extra help would be great guys. Thanks.

Winstrol

One of the problems I see with your idea is that winstrol(especially by itself) can and will give you sore joints. I'm doing some winny now for a four week finish to a test-E cycle and I can feel soreness in my knee's already and I'm only like 10 days in. The other day I was doing chest, shoulders and tri's and before I was done my delts (I assume my rotators) hurt so darn bad just holding my arms up hurt a bit. There are supps you can take to help with joint issues but as you say you train hard for sprinting so I cant see how this wont be a serious issue for you. Just food for thought, read up more on this and I think you will find this to be true. Thats why most people use it with test or some other compound or at the end of a cycle. Oh and by the way it can be injected or drank with similiar results. Pinning the stuff stings.

Generally no one recommends a winstrol - only cycle because of the joint thing. What I"M going to venture re: other track athletes you've heard of using it - they are focused on a particular event and not a 'maintenance' thing. As noted, joints will start to dry out so its not coming for free. Most people stack winstrol w/ deca so they have something to help lube the joints. For your purposes deca is probably also going to add water whcih I"m assumig you don't want since you want performance vs size out of it. This 4 weeks on 3 weeks off thing I don't know about - you can't really cycle winstrol like its clen or something and let "receptors clear" - its a hormone and it stays in your system for a while.

If you were looking for some sort of result, you have to take it in cycles and it will cost you some joint pain, and I'm also guessing hairloss and such as winstrol is androgenic.

You might want to do some research on cycling for track performance. I don't think I've ever seen a cycle like that discussed on here. Like mentioned the low doses like 20 mg (which is a high dose for women) won't really get you much, so you do need to go higher if you're going to bother. Then you have to give consideration to your liver and also your joints.

If you can afford it Anavar or Turinabol would be better suited for what your wanting. Anavar should increase your strength will adding little to no mass. Anavar is also very joint friendly as it promotes accelerated collagen synthesis. Good luck buddy

Thats what I was gonna recommend, tbol isn't all that expensive. anavar would probably be best if you can afford it due to it increasing collegen synthesis hence helping your joints rather then hurting them like winny does.

Thanks for the help guys. Yeah I can understand and hear ya'll out on the joint issue because that is NOT what we want as what we do is already constant pouding day in and day out in the weight room and track. With that said......I wouldn't go on super long cycles.....maybe 4 weeks at best with 20-30mg a day....is that extreme? and at that rate would you see the negative side effects you guys speak of with joints and hair loss? I'm gonna look into the Anavar more....

Anavar 100mgs ed for 8 weeks youll be happy with that

Yeah, after researching more on Anavar this seems like a legit product! I think if anything this summer in my offseason I will use this and see how my body reacts. Looks like way less side effects (especially joint issue which is a problem in high impact sprinting) among other things. If anyone would like to PM me regarding legit websites to purchase Anavar I would greatly appreciate that....very hesitant and nervous being a first time buyer online....Thanks people!
