Playing devil's advocate here. Why would you run a new special to take new orders when many of us from your xmass special still haven't gotten our stuff due to shipping/customs? Wouldn't you want to figure that out first?

Every issue has a solution in place, before playing with the devil please rectify the issue of what caused the delay of your package.
Additional many other source experiencing the same the issues, (CH) Postal/Customs has caused major delays, without in our control.
Every clients that falls under the reshipping policy that has paid EMS was credit back the partial shipping fee. after 21days if the package has not received.
please note:
EMS packages we do ask min 30days from the day was shipped before we process a reshipping request.
Regular Postal we do ask min 40days from the day was shipped before we process a reshipping request.
