working out hard, but not being sore the next day

Does anyone still get sore the next day from working out? Like I use to get sore and think, I got a good work out the day before, but no I dont get sore, even though I feel really pumped at the gym. Sometimes I feel I could work on the body part the next day.

A-D-A-P-T-I-O-N. While being sore doesn't always mean you had a great workout, at least some is expected. You might try changing your workout intensity or reps/sets...maybe getting stale?
 
Measure your progress by actually taking measurements as opposed to using soreness to guage the effectiveness of your workouts.
 
measure your results by performance. Did you put more weight on the bar this week then last week? If so then who cares if you get sore?
 
If you're interested in getting sore, come work out with me and I guarantee you'll be sore for the next week!

What muscle/exercise were u working the day and coulnt get sore the days after? How much weight reps and sets were u doing?
 
soreness isn't an indicator of a successful workout.
