What's up everyone.
I have about two months left in Iraq before I get to return to the United States of America. I cannot wait!!!!
I have actually been hitting the gym consistently for about 3 months. My workout schedule looks a little something like this:
Day 1: Chest
Day 2: Triceps
Day 3: Back and Biceps
Day 4: Shoulders
Day 5: Legs
Day 6: Rest
Day 7: Start over with Chest
I do 30 minutes of Cardio each day except for my rest day.
I've seen some decent strength gains, but I really want to get the body fat level down to around 10%. I'm thinking about running two weeks of clen followed by an ECA stack for a while.
Any suggestions?

Weight: 205
Body Fat 15%--not sure if this is accurate...did the neck to waist calculation. I have a small neck.
Biceps 16 1/4
Calves 16"
Neck 15 1/4
Waist 34"
