Working the upper thigh and butt

Hey guys I'm in need of some help.

I got a fair amount of fat on my back upper thighs, and the ass area in general. I'm not a fat guy or anything. I'm 6'3" 190-195 pounds and I have a well built upper body.

It's just that the ass area and my big thighs kinda take away from my upper body.

I just need some techniques/exercises that'll hit that area and tone it up a bit.

No such thing as "toning up" the area, or losing the fat in just that one area wiht some specific exercise. You need to check in with your diet and exercise plan, and see where there is some room for improvement - that's where the change is going to come from.

Hope on over to the Diet & Nutrition forums, post up your diet as specifically as you can (what you eat throughout the day, how much of it and when), and finish off that post wiht a summary of what you do for exercise.

Once we know what you are doing, we can help you figure out what to change to get to where you want to go.
