Iv'e Been Wrestling for 5 years and need to step it up

Age- 15
Weight - 140
body fat - 8%
Bench- 175
Squat - 255
Power Clean - 150

i weightlift everyday at school and the program is very good, I also go to wrestling practice everyday after school.

Ive started weight lifting this year and my first maxes were Bench- 155, Squat - 250, power clean- 145 and now im up to 175 bench, 255 squat, 150 power clean but i havent noticed any changes in my muscular appereance

so what can i do after wrestling that will keep me at the same weight but up all maxes and look swole as well

Take a low carb protein powder to make sure you recovering, and stick to low reps for your training. The low reps will help with strength without increasing size, but I would eventually consider trying to get bigger and just moving up a weight class.

You are very young, and your numbers are very respectable for your age and body weight. Keep training and working hard and progress will come with age and maturation. Wrestling is going to keep you lean, but it looks to me like you are doing very well. Keep up the good work!
