I was just wondering how everyone here pairs together muscle excercises like Chest and shoulders on monday, legs on Tuesday, Biceps and Triceps on Thursday, and back on friday. Is this how everyone pairs their muscles up or how? I recently changed my rountine and went to Biceps and Triceps on the sameday. I have never done that before and I feel like I dont work them as good when i work both on the sameday. I use to work them seperately and felt like I was able to work them better. I know it seems weird but how is everyone else workout routine set up?
