Would I be gaining more if I worked out each muscle twice a week? I eat 4000 Calories a day, 250 grams of protein, shit load of carbs & 3 gallons of water. I also sleep 10 hours everyday

For example instead of my current cycle where I workout each muscle once a week
Chest/Calves
Back/Traps/Hams
REST
Shoulders/Triceps
Quads/Biceps
REST

would it be better to work out each muscle twice a week? for example..
Chest/Triceps
Back/Biceps/Traps
Legs/Shoulders
REST & REPEAT

BTW I'm 21, this is my first cycle, TEST E @ 600 EW for 10 Weeks. I'm 4 weeks in my cycle & I'm up 15 pounds @ 200 14% BF

IMO, no

maybe workout a little longer each session.

The next few weeks are going to bring about some crazy results.

whether on or off my training is still m/w/f.....i only change and add a day of two when dieting/precontest

3 days a week has always worked for me.

How does cardio come into your workouts ?

My muscles respond best to working each body part twice a week. Some people might think it is over training, but again, it's what works best for me.

I do a 3 day rotation.

Day 1: Chest and tris
Day 2: Shoulders and legs
Day 3: Back and bis

I repeat it twice a week and take Sundays off.

I gained 23 lbs in 4 months all natty (creatine and protein) at 24.

Works for me.

cardio? never heard of it? what's cardio?

lol

I've been on the treadmill about 4 times in 7 yrs.

I can lose weight by not doing anything, literally. Sometimes it upsets me because I have such a hard time gaining weight but it's better to be in my position than the opposite.....always trying to lose weight.

Same. If I don't workout, I drop weight within a week.

There has to be a balance between training and rest. Your muscles grow when you're resting and not when you're training. AAS helps nitrogen absorption into the muscles for quicker recovery. My strength coach experimented with twice a day training while he was on AAS. He said that he could recover and train harder then normal. I workout 4 to 5 times a week for an intense hour each time. I think the intensity of the workout combined with duration is what you're looking for.
