Monday: chest and calves
Tuesday: back, shoulders and upper legs
Wed: off
Thursday: arms and abs
Friday: cardio
Saturday: something????
Sunday: off

Is this out of wack or what?????
 
That's a lot to do on Tuesday. Just a suggestion...

for a 3 day split...

Monday = Chest, shoulders and Bis

Tuesday = Legs, calves

Thursday = Back, tris

OR

A 4 day split

Monday = Chest and Bis

Tuesday = Legs and Calves

Thursday = Back and Tris

Friday = Shoulders
