would u buy a house IF

Yes.

No. The idea of a murder happening there would never sit right with me

its the perfect house, perfect neighborhood, etc.
but it is supposedly haunted or someone was murdered in the house or w.e because of that its cheaper.
would u buy it?
Yes. There is no after life, no spirits. The brain is a biological computer. Turn off the juice and everything it runs is dead. Since there are no "hauntings" the dead people won't run up my utility bills.

as much as I don't believe in ghost hauntings, it'd still creep me out :scared:

I'd be a lil edgy at first my own damn self. I would install a top shelf audio video motion sensitive security system with a hard drive back up. If anything moved it would be recorded. We'd see about those haunting issue pretty fast and then be at ease when it would up being the wind.

Yes, I would buy it. I would even tell most of my guest about the haunting or murder that took place to mess around with them some. I don't believe in ghost, and if I did see one, I would kick its ass.

hell no i wouldnt buy it. we are talking property values here. people find out a murder happened in your house and the property value will go down relative to all the houses in the neighborhood.

and hauntings creep me the F%$* out. ive seen some screwed up stuff, and im not going to sit here and tell ghost stories, so lets just leave it as why mess with it.

i saw a ghost so i know they do exist. i was amazed, and never felt fear about the incident afterwards or of remaining in that house. so yes, and i lived in a house where a guy got his brains blown out in the livingroom so yes on that too. and people are creepy, when i got ready to sell i'd auction off the haunted house on ebay n make a killing.

I would definately buy it. Just like BoneCrusher, I don't believe in ghosts or the afterlife. And I won't believe in it until I see it for myself. Besides, I would be more fascinated than scared if I witnessed a ghost.

Remember that show Fear that MTV had showing? I remember watching that and thought it was entertaining. I am sure the camera crew were the ones fucking with the contestants, but I am sure BEING there was scary as fuck.

I kinda wonder why they stopped showing it...I wonder....if something happened..

Maybe...
Strange events certainly follow certain kinds of tv/movie productions...
Take "The Exorcist" for example.

lol i definetly would NOT buy it lol. id be freaked out.
If you do believe in this stuff then you should accept the widely know theory that all creatures can leave behind a ghost. Animals, people ... even bugs. So say you killed a bug on your wall three weeks ago. The ghost of that lil bug could still be there waiting to get you. Those feelings you get sometimes like something just crawled across your wrist? Could be ... if you believe in ghosts ... it was that spider you threw a beatin' three months ago.

I remember something about shit happening to the film crew after the movie...refresh my memory.

Poltergeist too. I remember Carol-anne dying of some disease, but what about the rest of the crew?

I want to say it wouldn't matter...but I'd have to be in the house first. We when were house hunting a while back, there was a place that I really liked, plenty of room, and had just about everything we wanted. It turned out to need a lot of work, but more importantly I couldn't stand to be in the place for more than five minutes. It just completely weirded me out. I can't explain it, I've never had that reaction to a place before, and I was fine as soon as we stepped outside. Didn't bother going back in. It came off the list in a hurry.

The most widely reported 'strange and inexplicable event' was clearly the death of Jack MacGowran, who passed away two weeks after completing his scenes as Burke Dennings. Other fatalities obliquely attributed to the movie included those of Max Von Sydow's brother (who died in Sweden) and Linda Blair's Grandfather. To add to this litany of casualties, Jason Miller's son Jordan was struck by a speeding motorbike during a beach visit, putting him (briefly) in intensive care, a gaffer cut off his own fingers (or toes, depending on your source) on set, and Ellen Burstyn ricked her back. More bizarre still, it was widely reported that Blatty's secretary, Noni, had been mysteriously taken ill, whilst her room-mate had gone insane and been carted off to an asylum in a straight jacket. Oh yes, and the set of the MacNeil house constructed at the Ceco 54th Street studios burned down... on a sunday, no less. 'There were in fact some thirteen episodes during the making of the movie that seemed like diabolical interventions,' wrote unit publicist Howard Newman in his splendidly Hokum paperback, The Exorcist: The Strange Story Behind The Film. 'Coincidence or not, numerologists will enjoy speculating on that...'

I wouldn't give a shit if it were haunted by 13 ghosts, if it were my perfect house and in my perfect neighnorhood, those ghosts would be the ones being haunted by me...

Hmph. Not too many things happening to the direct cast or writers though.

when you speak about your Christianity dont use the royal "we", try to remember your not speaking for all Christians. Not even the pope can do that.

I DONT GIVE A SHIT, I DO COCAIIIIIINEEEEE

Maniclion could always kill more people after he buys the house so the new ghosts would throw away the old ghosts.

If he kills a bunch of stoners than he could get free contact highs for life.

by snorting their ashes? didnt the guy from the rolling stones do that with his dads ashes?
