Foot long sub from subway, turkey/roast beef on whole wheat, lettuce/tomatoe/and pickles.. (about 6 slices of meat i believe)

Too much bread......get the 6 inch sub and have them double the meat..

deli meat isn't clean.

The turkey is not bad.

Are you trying to bulk up? (i hope)...if so it's OK, but not good. Throw 12 slices of meat and your getting closer

Too much sodium. It isn't even food... how many damn chemicals are in these meats and breads?

Anything i could get there that would be more acceptable?

it's cold and flu season, i don't trust fast food places, a solid meal could produce liquid results. :barf:

homemade cuban sandwich

roasted pork tenderloin chilled and sliced thin
roasted red peppers
swiss cheese
good olive oil
some type of multi grain roll, cut the middle 1/3 out n throw it away.

that sounds good lil wing

The wraps or salads are prally a better choice

Get a chicken strips wrap one with tomatoes, spinach, banana peppers, onions, and Southwest sauce. Thats what I get when Im "forced" to eat Subway.
