About 3 to 4 weeks ago I got super serious about creatine and really paid attention to my protein intake. My last few workouts have been phenominal. Gains across the board, Ive even broke out of my biceps rut. I bought new dumbells for my bench flys last week and already Im repping them 12 times. I have to find heavier ones.
Ive also really focused on diet too. Im really,really excited about how this old carcass is responding. Thanx for all the good advice here..........take care........Rich
