Wrong Stuff

Just received my first (trial, for me) order from UncleZ. Order process was smooth, communication was fine, and shipping time was fine.

BUT

When I got home from the Post Office and opened the package, I saw that I was sent a different product than what I had ordered, and what I received (although it looks very nice) is something I have no use for.

I sent an email and will see how things play out.

You'll be fine I'm sure Z will take care of you - no question about it.

One time I had an order of 100 proviron and only received 40 ... I let Z know and he said sorry about that - I'll send out 100 more ... "it's like getting 40 free!"

Most people would have only sent out 60 more - not 100.

I had the extra 100 before the 40 were out - and it's customer service and business ethics like this that keep me loyal to Z.

I was lucky to find Z as my first choice and have no reason go anywhere else.

You'll be taken care of!

My bad. What I ordered was inside the sealed box (in fact, including an extra 33% for free). The label was something else, and it looked factory-sealed to my old eyes. Thank you, Z.
