So I "think" the vial test suspension WP was kind enough to send me :-) is here, but there is a green paper glued to the envelope that says
"Customs Declaration" "CN22" along with some other crap like boxes to check if its a gift, document, commercial item etc...

Anyone ever see this?
Dont wanna open it just to have the DEA kick down my door in an hour, lol.

It also doesnt have any sender's address/name which I thought prevented mail from being sent.

Maybe WP can help???

sounds like they sent it declared through customs. Which is fucking stupid if they did. JMHO but its not worth it bro put return to sender on that bitch and send it back claim you have no idea what it is or why they sent it to ya

I think that is what they did, but what does that really mean?

they wrote Sample on it, but when I go to the USPS website it claims that a specific description is necessary and that things written such as "sample" are not permitted.

http://www.usps.com/forms/_pdf/ps2976.pdf the Customs Declaration looks something like this(just scroll down a bit)

Declaration of information on imported or exported goods, prepared by a customs broker on a prescribed form called entry Form or duty entry Form, and submitted to the customs. It states the customs classification number, country of origin, description, quantity, and CIF value of the goods, and the estimated amount of duty to be paid. If upon examination by a customs officer the entry is verified as a correct or 'perfect entry,' the goods in question are released (on payment of duty and other charges, if any) to the importer, or are allowed to be exported. Main types of entry are: (1) Consumption entry: for goods to be offered for sale (consumption) in the importing country, (2) Formal entry: that is required to be covered by an entry bond because its aggregate value exceeds a certain amount, (3) Informal entry: that is not required to be covered under an entry bond because its value is less than a certain amount, (4) In-transit entry: for the movement of goods from the port of unloading to the port of destination under a Customs bond, (5) Mail entry: for goods entering through post office or courier service and below a certain value, (6) Personal baggage entry: for goods brought imported as personal baggage, (7) Transportation and exportation entry: for goods passing through a country enroute to another country, and (8) Warehouse entry: for the goods stored in a bonded warehouse. Called also customs declaration, duty entry, or just entry.

Homey I've Thank God, never got'n a note like that. I know some cats that did and in their case it was nothin cool. It may be nothin but why would they tag your package ? I haven't read of that happen'n to anybody else. IMHO to me it's got bad Juju, I'd leave it. You can replace money, but you can't replace even one second of time . But thats just me. Now that we need WP...........where they at ? Any other time they're hang'n round like Michael Jackson at a daycare center .:wits:

Peace and Love

:roflmao::roflmao::roflmao:Michael Jackson at a daycare aww shit Homey you said you thought Iwas crazy

Yeah SD, the weird thing is that this paper thats glued on here doesn't have any specific codes or anything that would be used if to classify anything. Just has 'Sample' writtten on it and a scribbled one name signature at the bottom under were it says

"the undersigned whose name and address are given on the item(which there is no name or address other then mine), certify that the particulars given in this declaration are correct and that this item does not contain any dangerous article or articles prohibited by legislation or by postal or customs regulations Date and senders signature(8)"
No date written just a one name sig here?

That sounds like a repackage bro DO NOT OPEN IT. Aww shit bro I dont know what to tell ya it dont sound good

Let's think for a minute................If there's no other signature on it, and they want you to assure them that YOU KNOW the contents. What that sound like to you ? HOMEY LEAVE IT !! I REPEAT LEAVE IT !!!!!!!!!!! REAL TALK

Peace and Love

very weird, WP does not send packages with customs forms. :hmmm:

Underneath all the jargan about the undersigned whose name and address are on the item there is a signature(assuming this person's sig means that they are the one claiming that it doesn't contain harmful crap etc...). There's just no name or address printed on the envelope anywhere else.

It does have two circular ink stamps on the front top left..one saying Maldives Customs around the perimiter and CHECKED in the center... the other stamp is really faded but it says SECURITY CHECKED in the center. Both have the date 8/5 hand-written over them which I believe is the day they shipped (may 5th).

WTF, this sucks and is weird as hell too.. I'm far from a major exporter here this is just one bottle of test suspension. I've heard of people getting seizure letters from customs before but WTF are they trying to set up a seizure for one bottle of test here??? Have not ordered much international before so Idk how I'd be red-flagged???

Some times the buyer is not the one "red flaged";)

I hear ya, but there is no return name or address on here and they would have had to do a phenomenol job if customs opened and repackaged this to look like this. If the sender was red-flagged wouldnt they just confiscate my package and send a customs letter to me considering the size?

I always heard of this at least

I went to the link you provided, and the forms I saw were all the burden of the sender not the receiver. If you didn't sign for the product, I don't think you have anything to worry about legally. If the guys here say send it back, that's probably the thing to do, but doesn't that risk even more attention from USPS?

NO, go back read what Jcar said again . THINK HOMEY !

If you are silly enough to handle that package you take the pic from where it sits. DO NOT EVEN TOUCH IT. You know what skip that ,take the loss and learn.Simple as that.

Peace and Love
