I was told by WU that I couldn't use a Question and Answer, even on an order less than $300....that the person had to have a valid ID when picking up any funds. Here's the kicker...I was also told that this is a new policy and another "new policy" is that the funds can't be sent in US dollars, that they HAVE to be picked up in the local currency. Has this happened to anyone else! This is a first for me and now I'm avoiding WU altogether.
