After reading reviews of XCeed, I decided to buy it (came in the mail today, YAY ^.^) On the label it says take one before W.O and it says "A second serving may be taken directly after a workout, or sipped during a workout, however, this is extraneous if you are taking Replenish??? post-workout" . if its only one a day that would be only 3 grams of CEE and ive read in this forum that while bulkin its good to take like 5 grams of CEE or so, so how should I take it, only once a day, during W.O, or post W.O? Also is Replenish any good?
