yes!!!!! yesterday i was doing hammers and guess what a vien finally popped out
i was so happy my friend was making fun of me cuz i was making a big scene..lol

and all my friends have tons ....we are all about the same size im built a lil bigger then them.
but anyway how long did it take you guys to have the viens popping out the biceps???

hehehehehhehehe, you are funny man, (in a cool way) hehe,, everyone is different to some people naturally have veins, i have to work hard for mine especialy on my arms, now i have many and 2 big ones on one of my biceps but still not anything special becides the fact that i've been training a long time and have some size. i do have veins on my chest and neck tho... anyway as for strechmarks i hav like 6 inch one's going from my chest to my biceps but i dont like it because it looks bad to me..........anyway the moral of the story is,... everyone is different, your friends may have veins better than you but you may be able to do or develop something else better then them..
