Usually after a savoury meal I like something a little sweeter to refresh my mouth and take the savoury taste away
At the moment I will usually follow my meals with a bowl of cereal or a cereal/crunchy bar, but I am looking for healthier alternatives to these... and I know I wouldn't mind yogurts instead
There are so many to choose from though... bio yogurts, fat free yogurts, fromage frais, soya, crunch/fruit corners... etc
Just wondered if I did want a yogurt now and again which 1 is best to keep the fat off?

However they are not the best to crave your sweet tooth due to the source of carbs but if your not being really strict then it don't matter.
