The breast tissue around the "maggots" doesn't look red and inflamed or pussy like you would expect one of the points on which the last photo was said to be a hoax. I suspect this one is a hoax also. If you are unlucky enough to sever a toe or finger, maybe an ear or get a wound that just won't heal a maggot might then become your saving grace.
