You want big delts?

interesting!...i do do 1 arm db press's, but not with one leg. i haveta do them seated( well, sorta) cause i injured my back years ago, and standing puts too much stress on my lower back/hip. ive done all the lower back, ect..excer to strengthen it but it dosent help much. i will try this tho...never know......tknx
 
I have NEVER believed in standing barbell presses for the same reason, even with equal poundage on both sides it always seemed to bother me (even if just feeling god this is bad for my back), from as far back as I can remember.

Not putting down the movement at all, but back issues are something my dad and I both have, dont want to sound like a puzzy but I guess I'll stick to seated movements (I also am very carefull to use a seat with a backing for these movements).
