Hey all, I was wondering if you could take a look at my diet. Right now I am in the middle of cutting my BF level, and only trying to maintain my current muscle mass. I am very happy with my progress so far. Please let me know what you think, or if you have any suggestions. The meals are the same with the exception to the 12:00 meal. That depends on where we go. It may be chicken or turkey, but I try to keep it real clean.
8:00AM ??? Myoplex mixed with 16oz of skim milk.
10:00AM ??? I packet of instant oatmeal(plain) mixed with 1 scoop of EAS Simply protein and roughly 4oz of skim milk.
12:00PM ??? 6??? Turkey sub from Jersey Mikes or Subway with cheese, lettuce, tomato and vinegar
3:00PM ??? Myoplex mixed with 16oz of skim milk.
6:00PM ??? Turkey sandwich with Swiss cheese and 1 cup (container) yogurt or banana
9:00 ??? 3 or 4 eggs with yoke and one pint glass of skim milk.
I drink a whole lot of water throughout the day. I drink two pint glasses in the morning before I go to the gym. I drink a liter of water while working out. I have a cup with me at work that holds about 20oz, and I must fill it 4 or 5 times throughout the day. Typically I always have water with me where ever I go.
I was planning on taking a close look at my diet this weekend just to get a feel for how much carbs, protein, and fat I take in every day. The only thing I cannot get is what a sub would be. I always get a 6??? sub, but I do not know the nutritional value.
Any feedback would be great.
Thanks.
