Hey all, I was wondering if you could take a look at my diet. Right now I am in the middle of cutting my BF level, and only trying to maintain my current muscle mass. I am very happy with my progress so far. Please let me know what you think, or if you have any suggestions. The meals are the same with the exception to the 12:00 meal. That depends on where we go. It may be chicken or turkey, but I try to keep it real clean.

8:00AM ??? Myoplex mixed with 16oz of skim milk.

10:00AM ??? I packet of instant oatmeal(plain) mixed with 1 scoop of EAS Simply protein and roughly 4oz of skim milk.

12:00PM ??? 6??? Turkey sub from Jersey Mikes or Subway with cheese, lettuce, tomato and vinegar

3:00PM ??? Myoplex mixed with 16oz of skim milk.

6:00PM ??? Turkey sandwich with Swiss cheese and 1 cup (container) yogurt or banana

9:00 ??? 3 or 4 eggs with yoke and one pint glass of skim milk.

I drink a whole lot of water throughout the day. I drink two pint glasses in the morning before I go to the gym. I drink a liter of water while working out. I have a cup with me at work that holds about 20oz, and I must fill it 4 or 5 times throughout the day. Typically I always have water with me where ever I go.

I was planning on taking a close look at my diet this weekend just to get a feel for how much carbs, protein, and fat I take in every day. The only thing I cannot get is what a sub would be. I always get a 6??? sub, but I do not know the nutritional value.

Any feedback would be great.

Thanks.

i guess it depends on how much further you want to drop your BF. honestly, i don't know from personal experience, but my boyfriend is in the middle of getting ready for a natural bodybuilding show that is in about a week.

so i've basically picked up second hand on how crazy the dieting can be, if you want to cut your bodyfat. a sampling of what he does... no bread products (pasta, bread, etc), basically all carbs from fruits and vegetables except for a pre-workout meal of multigrain oatmeal-ish stuff, chicken breasts, egg whites and sweet potatoes.... um... he eats every 2 hrs for about 8 meals a day, drinks 2 gallons of water and does an early morning cardio session to shed extra fat.

i don't know if that helps at all, but basically those are the only foods he eats.

i guess it depends on your goal how serious your dieting plan should be?!

oh yeah, almost forgot, he doesn't eat any dairy because he doesn't want to retain water before the show. so that explains the lack of dairy in his diet.

I've found that this website if pretty informative on listing the nutrional values of foods. http://www.cyberdiet.com/ni/htdocs/index.html

If you want the nutrional values for restaurant sandwiches, etc... just click on the fast food quest link.

Thanks everyone.

Havent had a chance to go check that site out yet bludevil, hopefully get to later on.
