depends what you are expecting. it will not boost test, but will help sleep. i dont find it helps sleep beyong magnesium or the cheaper melatonin, but some do.

Its $15 bucks and I personally like the stuff. I dont think thats too outrageous of a price.

that is the thing 20 doses is very little. 365/20 =~18 container a year * 15 =273 (AKA my gym membership price). Even if a buy at large discounted online prices of an optimistic 8 dollars per twenty doses it'll still be a lot. I pay less monthly for creatine. I just wanted to try this stuff but if i find out that generic Zn/Mg/B6 pills are the same ill go with those.

I was thinking of doing that too. I didnt know if getting these supplements at Publix or wal mart would suffice.

Just make sure you've worn yourself out at the end of the day and you'll sleep like a baby log.

I sleep best when I workout. Maybe do some physical exercise on the day
