So I've been wondering is this restructuring a full revamp of the products, or is it just a restructuring of the business?

Z's products have a glowing reputation and I think that he mentioned somewhere that he wanted to expand his domestic line (I think that's what I read)

Anybody have any info on this?

ps I can't wait to place my order when he comes back.

Z only getting better

It is a bit of both- but I can guarantee that it will be betterr than ever.He is not going to throw away products that have become popular and customers know and love. The man is extremely smart and cares about his clients. Very rare indeed. Standby and info will be released. Z is #1 and that isn't changing- only getting better

Really! Z is #1?
I will not order from him again. Took 3 months to receive a domestic order! Who hell wants to order and wait 3 months? Oh and when I did get my order it was the wrong stuff. That's just the facts from my personal dealings with Z.

I can assure you the changes being made have one focal point of interest ... "the customer."

From my conversations with Z everything he has mentioned is for improving the customers experience and relation.

Other than having great customer service - the thing I really like is how much Z cares about the quality of his pruducts and I'm sure anything that is new will also be wicked good!
