whats better cardio...

RAQUETBALL!!!!! numer one reason why i never bulked, even tough i tried like hell, and its also very fun to play, just gotta watch out for that little ball cuz it feels like getting shot when someone hits you.Trust me man, play it everyday and youll c what im talking about

Is that the same as squash in the UK?

If you can jumprope for 30mins

Jump rope is hard. I do 30 on the treadmill everyday. I can't jump rope very well at all. I should add some.

The better one is the activity you enjoy more. Both have their pros and cons. I like to use a variety of conditioning modalities to keep things interesting. Traditional steady state cardio on an elliptical or treadmill just bores me too much.

not if your watching TV :D lol

running on the treadmill for 30 mins or jump-roping for 30 mins?

If you can actually jump-rope for more than 30 minutes then I give you this :clapping:. Jump-roping actually requires more coordination than running on the treadmill. I would go with jump roping if you can actually do it nonstop for 30 minutes. If not, then hit the mill.

even if you can jump rope for 15-20 minutes , It would be much harder than a 30 minutes tread mill...jumping rope is the hardest cardio...but you must do whatever that don't make you bored to be able to stick with it...If you want to make it more fun mix the two exercises , do 10 minutes of fast jump rope then start on the tread mill with low intensity to catch your breath and then start running..

Why not do the intelligent thing and bring a rope on the treadmill? Run while jumping over the rope every third step. After two cycles, switch feet. I must be the only genius on this board...
