Whenever I read about those fat burning supplements, people seem to talk about how they sweat like a pig while on it. Like as if even the slightest body movement causes them to shower their neighbours. There is therefore a relation as follows:

Fat burning pills --> Sweating like a mofo.

I sweat like a fucking pig... normally. No steroids. No supplements (cept whey), and I am always hot. I estimate myself to be between 10 and 15% body fat, so obesity is not the reason. I sweat in the rain, in the heat (naturally...) and even in the cold sometimes. Have you ever seen someone's glasses fog up from body heat while it is 10 degrees celsius out, and raining?

So, 2 questions:

1) What the fuck is wrong with me?
2) Does my excessive sweating help me with fat loss? Does the inverse relation work; sweating --> fat burning?

I also sweat like a pig usually. I'm 6'2 1/2 at approx. 182lbs I'm no where near obese. So no I dont think there's anything wrong with you. As for the sweating to help with fat loss, I don't think it does anything. It's just there to cool you down.

most fat burners dehydrate your body , also it raises body temperature (metabolism) to burn more calories...
if you eat a lot it may be a reason for sweating more than normal...
you may already have a high metabolic rate and that's not a bad thing..what's your problem with sweating just shower regularly and change your t-shirt :D lol

Sir! Stop the test, I need to go home to shower and change! assassin told me so!

It gets in the way of things. Also, I may have exaggerated slightly on how much I sweat...

:D do you overtrain??

Hmm... that might be possible

Wait no, thats not. I've been sweating like this for at least 5 or 6 years (I can't remember specifically worrying about this when younger). So even when I didn't train at all, I stil sweated alot.

so you have a high metabolic rate and you eat a lot of calories/calorie dense food..that's what i think ...it's not a big issue unless somebody complained about it :D lol j/k i know some types foods will give your sweat a bad smel i don't know wich types exactly...

Thankfully, no one's complained. I don't stink when I sweat. But you're right, eating lots of curry would make me smell.
