Enjoy your power bottom position. We are enjoying the ride :p

Canada = Bigger and on top :).

Canada doesn't need a massive millitary force because they don't roam the earth pissing off people of all walks of life like some countries do...

In that case, the best thing I have ever had stuffed in a turkey was...

A duck.

That was stuffed with a chicken.

That was stuffed with sausage stuffing.

Once I tried the turducken, I never looked back. It's alot of work, but if you do it right, you will have a new favourite Thanksgiving meal... for life:thumb:

Google Turducken for recipies, instructions, or where to order a ready to cook frozen one. Trust me, it rules.

That is some gluttonous SHIT right there!
:hot:

How does this one sound? (http://allrecipes.com/recipe/awesome-sausage-apple-and-cranberry-stuffing/detail.aspx):
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups cubed whole wheat bread
3 3/4 cups cubed white bread
1 pound ground turkey sausage
1 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup chopped celery
2 1/2 teaspoons dried sage
1 1/2 teaspoons dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 Golden Delicious apple, cored and chopped
3/4 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup minced fresh parsley
1 cooked turkey liver, finely chopped
3/4 cup turkey stock
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degree F (175 degree C). Spread the white and whole wheat bread cubes in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes in the preheated oven, or until evenly toasted. Transfer toasted bread cubes to a large bowl.

In a large skillet, cook the sausage and onions over medium heat, stirring and breaking up the lumps until evenly browned. Add the celery, sage, rosemary, and thyme; cook, stirring, for 2 minutes to blend flavors.

Pour sausage mixture over bread in bowl. Mix in chopped apples, dried cranberries, parsley, and liver. Drizzle with turkey stock and melted butter, and mix lightly. Spoon into turkey to loosely fill.

Not to sound totally lame, but do you think I could get away with taking out the turkey sausage, turkey stock, and turkey liver? Maybe throw in some ground beef instead?

What do I stuff my turkey with? It gets cold in Wisconsin in November...very cold...and lonely.

I stuff my turkey with giblets and croutons.

Do you guys buy your bread for stuffing prepackaged and presliced in a grocery store in the standard bread isle, or do you guys buy fresh from bread shops like Panera Bread?
