Cool, but looks you could really injure yourself doing that.

I guess if you are trying to get into the Cirque de Soleil, its pretty boss.

I am still wondering how you would go about progressing to do body weight squats standing on it

Pretty cool, but not something I'm gonna work up to, heh.

even doing BW squats on it would be dangerous and risk > reward

It isn't hard to figure out how to work up to it......

kneeling
crouching
standing
squatting
jumping

you have to start somewhere! Work on just kneeling, hold on if you have to and then when you feel comfortable move on.

I just think it gets dangerous.

k thanks

Standing on it isn't hard actually, you just have to work up to it. I can squat on it, shoulder press on it, do whatever once I get settled. I've even done twisting cable pulls on it standing. Start with kneeling with support, then kneeling with movement and then progress to standing - always with something to hang on to (I do it in front of a Smith machine).

What do I use it for? CNS stimulation, sometimes for swimming movements to train my core with that movement, ankle and knee and pelvic stabilizers.
