That is a terrible split. Why not do an upper/lower 4 day split instead?
A full-body 3x week is another option. Just read CowPimps sticky on creainf a full-body routine-- it will take you like 10 minutes...
It does not have to be so hard. So many people on this site have better routines-- just look through the journals.

I disagree; My body has responded very well to a workout such as the one my trainer created for my contest prep which gives me a day for shoulders and calves and triceps/biceps on another day. It works very well.A day just to train Arms and abs is a joke.
