smaller legs

ok now here's a question.

My G/F who i love and think looks good already wants to decrease the size of her legs.

She has always been very active and played many sports including basketball, netball, tennis and touch rugby. and i think as a result has gained some good size in her legs. she is now not participating in as many sports and wants to reduce the size of her legs.

she is a fit person and her legs are not fat not that i can see or feel anyway

she has a membership to a health club that has a pool, a gym and classes like body combat, attack, step, pump and all of those types of classes.

i know it sounds silly but does anyone know how she can try to reduce the size of her legs.
 
Change her diet.
 
at the moment she eats reasonably healthy lots of fruit and veg (she does like beef though) she may eat out once in a fortnight apart from that most food is home cooked.

What would you recomend changing?

Are you saying just create a caloric deficit or less protine consumption? as mentioned she is quite fit and does not have to much fat on her.

would you recomend limiting or no training to the legs to reduce the size as well.

i think what she wants to decrease is her body at percentage ........
 
Lose weight (Diet) and do lots of longer duration steady state cardio.
 
You can't really target one area. If she wants to lose mass in her legs then she will need to lower her calorie intake and shed some weight.

Sure she can, it depends on what we are talking about here. We don't know her BF%. Assuming like most rugby players they have pretty thick thighs (muscles) then training and diet can impact that area. I know Jodi attempted the same thing a few years back.
