I need to add another 100g of protein a day to my diet, help me brainstorm....

Ok I figure I can eat two more chicken breasts or protein shakes, so thats two ways that come to mind. I'm looking fo ra few others, basically I wan to be spoiled for choice.

Whatcha got????
 
Id add the 100 grams a day spread out over all of your meals, if you just chow down 100g of protein in one sitting your not gonna absorb all of it.

Unless your are insanely huge then you probably could do it.
 
What about them?

Whey is easier to digest so you will absorb more than say chicken, but there is still a limit. I wouldnt recommend drinking a 100 gram protein shake either. I usually shoot to get 30-50g of protein per meal.
 
If you eat 5-6 meals a day, why not just add 20 grams of whatever protein you're eating to each of your meals?? That's not much per meal, less than 3 ounces of meat usually
 
I'm eating 6-7 meals a day and in two of my meals they are smaller. For example a cerreal bar or a yogurt.
