She's Done It Again, Britney Spears Goes Bald



Just as reports of Britney Spears entering and exiting rehab began to die down, local ABC affiliate KABC aired video of a bald Spears getting a tattoo last night in Sherman Oaks.
There are stills of Britney shaving her head at celebvids.co.uk. Apparently every move the woman makes is photographed in some way. Spears doesn't look drunk in the photos... or very happy....

Although we sorta like the new 'do as it reminds us a little G.I. Jane action, some of the fans who sped down to "Body and Soul" to catch a peek of the pop star weren't having it.
Spears could be seen inside the tattoo parlor with her head fully exposed, but as she left the shop she was led by her bodyguard straight to a waiting SUV. Spears had her head covered with a hooded sweatshirt to hide her new noggin.
The sidewalk outside the shop was filled with fans, onlookers and paparazzi. Some fans that were interviewed after Spears departed declared the new look less than flattering. - KABC

Meanwhile some inside the tattoo shop said that Spears seemed bummbed out while she was there.

???She seemed very distraught and disturbed. Um, she was very scatter-brained and wasn???t really answering many questions.???, Mary Hughes told KABC reporter Leslie Miller.
Britney got at least one tattoo, a pair of lips for her wrist, but Hughes hinted that she might have gotten more. We hope it says LAist.

to dye your hair black, decide you don't like it, then recolor ot blonde will ruin your hair. instead of frying her hair she probably just decided to take a more agressive approach to returning to blonde. :shrug:

I'm thinking she is in the middle of a bad bout of depression. Kinda feel sorry for the woman. Yeah yeah yeah the price of fame, she should be able to just appreciate what she has been lucky enough to have, :blah: :blah: :blah:. The fact that she cannot even wipe her ass without a paparazzi popping his head outta the toilette would make me insane. Totally ...
 
I think she is jealous that the media isn't paying attention to her with all of this Anna Nicole shit going on....

I think the exact opposite. Maybe she wants some privacy for the first time since she released her first single.
 
i think i'd go nuts a little too if the world pretty much decided to hate me n every move i made was shit on in the press. she's not perfect, she's done some fucking up like anyone else and the trend now is to not like her so the sheeplike masses are following the latest trend.... must be fun being on her end of it.

Life's all fun and games when you're a teen pop star. Now it's time to play grown-up mom and it looks like she's having a tough time getting acclimated. She looks fucked in the head from it all ... made worse by the paparazzi.
 
Could it be more??/What if she was diagnosed with cancer and it hasn't been made public but she know's it will eventually so she is getting use to the b.s. that will come along with it.I mean this in all honesty,it's sad to think something like this but wouldn't it take alot to push someone of her status to make such a stupid move unless their was an alterior motive.Hope I'm wrong but it's a thought.:(

Britney Spears' lopped-off locks can be yours for just $1 million on eBay - direct from the salon owner whose clippers the shorn star used during her weekend meltdown.
Esther Tognozzi of Esther's Haircutting Studio in Tarzana, Calif., is hawking the high-priced hairball - along with the pop princess' leftover Red Bull energy drink and her blue Bic lighter.
"We still don't know why Britney chose our shop. We'll probably never know," said the shop owner's husband, J.T. Tognozzi.
He said some proceeds from the sale would go to charity, possibly including the Florida-based Locks of Love, which supplies wigs to kids with cancer.
The Tognozzis say the decadent diva's thick pile of dark tresses and extensions - on sale until around 8:30 p.m. tomorrow night - is the only authentic Spears hair on eBay, despite dozens of competing claims.
A quick search of "Britney Spears hair" turns up a slew of enterprising copycats - offering everything from a $3,000 lock of dark hair from a seller in Ohio to a $90,300 blond tuft - the wrong color.
Canadian Web developer Hazim Gaber asked for upwards of $1 million for hair he claims his employee snatched off the salon floor. He even promised to release a Web video as proof of authenticity. But Tognozzi said the only people in the shop during the incident were his wife, her assistant, Spears and the singer's bodyguard. All the doors were locked and the shop was already closed for the night when Spears arrived, he said. "It's pretty crazy all the frauds and stuff that's out there," Tognozzi said, adding that he would be surprised if anyone fell for them. "They're not even in our state."
 
This makes me so sad for her. She's a mess and I hope that for the sake of her children she gets her life back on track. She's a beautiful girl (even without hair) and I hope she can pull herself together again. :(
