On sunday night rolled my ankle doing a backflip and snapped some ligament in my ankle. What can I do to help get back in the gym sooner, because alot of upper body lifts still needs stabilization from my feet. Thanks

Yeah you better take at least several weeks off, see a doctor, use RICE therapy if applicable, if you literlly snapped the ligament, go see a surgeon, get crutches, get it set, get some vicodin because "snapped" ligaments are a terrible kind of pain, and forget about working out for a while with anything that requires any pressure on said ankle.
Have you seen a doctor? Do you know which ligament it is? What about physical therapy?
PT is very important. You want to get back into strengthening the ankle as soon as your body allows, but don't try to judge that on your own. Let medical professionals assist you.
