Fruits vs Calories

I m 19 yrs old male and tryin to loose some weight.My weight is 70kg ..i m 5'8.i would like to knw that...if i eat only fruits throughout the day instead of regular meals...can i loose my weight? i use to work out before...but currently i m not.i m planning to do only cardio and eat only fruits...will it b a gud idea? kindly give in yr suggestion's.thx in advance.REGARDS!!!
 
read the stickies - but if you only eat fruit you'll lose muscle mass quicker than fat IMO.

terrible idea, you need a balanced diet that includes protein, complex carbs, veggies and EFA's.
 
This guy reminds me of when i used to look at labels and only looked at fat grams and calories :).
