I take 2400mgrams x 3 daily =6g

What if you take 4000mg a day, do you choose 2000-4000mg, or 4000-6000mg?

not really the type of supp to sample, it's not like there is any noticeable effect that a sample will give you and motivate you to buy it, but it is a high quality, complete blend of EFA's and you should buy it, also Jodi uses it.

with everything in life there is different quality, also the extracts of ingredients used. Essence is not just pure fish oil, that would be a much cheaper product to make!
